A fun class at the Institute on Shore Road Aberdour where we’ll do as much/little yoga as the babies allow! You’ll also meet others with pre-crawlers. Giggling, crying, feeding, changing all welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.

Join me at the Space Upstairs in Burntisland for an uplifting morning of pregnancy yoga (2nd & 3rd trimester) where you’ll be led through yoga poses to support your body, breathing to prepare for birth and meditation for relaxation. This is a welcoming environment where you can get to know other mums. No experience of yoga necessary.
