DESCRIPTION: A 45-minute chair-based class exploring different breathing techniques. Exercises are borrowed from yoga pranayama and include alternate nostril breathing, victorious breath, and humming breathing. The class will increase mindfulness and may help to reduce anxiety and blood pressure as well as increase energy, improve sleep as well as support overall well-being.
