DESCRIPTION: During this class, we will explore different breathing techniques inspired by yoga practices - pranayama. These will include, full yogic breath, alternate nostril breathing, Ujjayi breath or ocean breath and humming bee breath. These are all designed to improve health and calm the nervous system.
