DESCRIPTION: The Internal Family Systems (IFS) method is a way to understand our internal system and help it to transform and heal. We each have within us an undamaged, resourceful core SELF, which could also be called our Essence, our Soul.
This inner core contains such qualities as presence, perspective, compassion, creativity, playfulness, courage, connectedness and is the true leader of our system.

Sunday 20 March we are offering a day of healing, of remembering and deepening into our authentic SELF.
A mixture of movement, art, internal family constellations, inquiry, kundalini yoga and satsang (sacred gathering).

And you are invited!
