DESCRIPTION: Our Goodness sequence is a 60-minute UNHEATED class that focuses on linking every movement to the breath. In this class we will follow a set series of poses. This will allow you time to master each pose and increase your strength and flexibility with each class. This class is gentle, yet can be physically demanding if you choose to go deeper into the postures. You will leave class simply feeling good inside and out. You will have a sense of calmness, feeling mentally and physically stronger, more flexible, and ready to embrace your day.
