DESCRIPTION: This is a 90-minute HEATED class and is filled with various poses to target our hips (specifically psoas) in order to begin to unpack stored trauma, to relieve pent-up stress, to detox and to reduce pain.  We will end class with a relaxed emotional release technique. But in order to get to that point, be prepared to get your heart rate up, to sweat buckets, and to stretch and strengthen muscle groups encompassing our hips. This class also uses light dumbbells, sometimes just once or twice through class or throughout the entire sequence. As with all of our classes, this class is also perfect for ALL levels, as each pose can be modified to meet your needs. You are in control of your entire practice.
