DESCRIPTION: Join Tash (Yogabee) + Anna (Whanganui Ballet) for a half-hour Introduction to Yoga class at Yogabee, followed by a half-hour Introduction to Dance session at Whanganui Ballet.

During your Yoga class, you will learn to connect with your breath + move your body through a series of postures designed to increase strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Tash will guide you through the class, providing modifications and adjustments to support your individual needs and to act as a gentle warm up to your dance class.

After your yoga class, you will head over to Whanganui Ballet (just across the hall) for a half-hour Introduction to Dance session with Anna. Whether you&#039;re a seasoned dancer or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels. Anna will introduce the basic concepts of classical ballet technique and take you through jump sequences accompanied by beautiful music, that will get your heart pumping and make you feel like the dancer you always wanted to be!

Designed to give you a taste of what both Yoga + Dance have to offer, no experience is necessary and all props and equipment are provided.
