General terms of Yoga with Lainey

By registering on the the booking system you are agreeing to our terms below.

At Yoga with Lainey prices, terms and conditions are subject to change.

Payments & Bookings:
Class bookings should be completed online using momoyoga. Any emails from momoyoga are from noreply@momoyoga.com and it is your responsibility to ensure you are receiving them and they are not going to junk.
It is your responsibility to check how many classes you have left and to use your class credits in the time stated. If credits are not used within the time period you will lose the credits. If classes are not cancelled (to reschedule within the time period) at least 6 hours before the class start time the credit will be taken

To guarantee class space, a complete advance booking must be made.To guarantee your weekly space if on a journey book your weekly class using your credits upfront. If you need to cancel and reschedule it must be done at least 6 hours prior to the class or the credit is used.
Once you have booked a class/ journey/ block/ course use all the credits on the desired dates. If you leave booking of the classes until later the class may become full and you will be added to the waitlist.
If you wait until after 48 hours of purchasing a class/ journey/ block/ course to book your class dates and a class is full please not your block length time period will not be changed. If within the 48 hours a class is full contact me for help.

There are different class passes for each class which are liable to change.

Mum & baby yoga – Single class £12 (mum and baby drop in - first class only)
Mum and baby yoga – 6 week pass £60 (over 8 weeks)

Pregnancy yoga – Single class £13
Pregnancy yoga – 4 week pass £48 (over 6 weeks)
Pregnancy yoga – 8 week pass £88 (over 10 weeks)



All prices are in GBP and prices are liable to change. Once you have purchased a block the price will not change but can change before the next block.

If you miss a class due to a no show or cancellation after the selected time it will not be refunded. There is a 6 hour cancellation period so classes can be cancelled and rescheduled as long as before the 6 hours prior to the class. Please do not ask the teacher to alter your block it is your responsibility to adhere by this and manage your own classes.

Classes must be used in the stated time and will not be extended unless agreed with by Lorraine before booking the block.

-Baby massage is a set block run on set dates.
-Mum and baby yoga is a block of 6 which can be used over 8 weeks unless buying a single class.
-Pregnancy yoga is 4 or 8 classes to be used over the period of weeks (plus two weeks added to the time period if needed to reschedule a class if following the 6 hour cancellation time)

Any holidays dates to be booked off in advance when booking and amended by Lorraine at the time of purchasing a journey/ block.


Attending Class
All students are required to complete a Health Waiver Form online BEFORE attending your first class. This is done online and must be completed to practice yoga or participate in a class. If not completed the teacher has the right to refuse you from class and the credit will not be refunded.
If you have not received the online form it is your responsibility to contact Lorraine for one BEFORE your first class.


Prior to the start of class, students are required to inform the instructor of any issues or relevant physical issues and changes to their health which ay effect their practice.

All students who attend class agree to abide by the studio etiquette and general terms as follows:
- No phones in the studio please be courteous to the teacher and your fellow students (phone for photography in baby classes is acceptable)
- No shoes to be worn in the studio please leave them at the side of the space.
-You must bring your own mat and anything else required for the class.
-Make sure you practise with enough free space around you. If you do not feel comfortable let the teacher know immediately and you can be moved.
-Wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely.
-Before any workout or yoga class you should warm up properly and cool down afterwards to avoid an injury. Please take responsibility for your own body and include extra warm up and cool down stretches where appropriate.
-You should avoid alcohol and drugs before yoga and meditation. Also no heavy meals for two hours before practice. Keep yourself hydrated before and after your yoga practice.
-If you feel dizzy, light-headed, faint, or if you experience any other discomfort, stop exercising immediately and consult a medical doctor. You are responsible for your condition during your practice. Exercise within your limits. Never force or strain. Seek attention and advice as appropriate.
