That's time for your self with yourself. We are often so busy we feel there is no time to stop and meditate! But meditation actually gives you more time by making your mind calmer and more focused. A simple ten or fifteen minute breathing meditation can help you to overcome your stress and find some inner peace and balance.
Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. Overcoming negative minds and cultivating constructive thoughts is the purpose of the transforming meditations. We will guide you for the first 10 min and will let you listen to you inner self after.

Body work focuses the mind in the present moment and helps cultivate awareness. All this leads to the ultimate goal of yoga: the condition of peace of mind.
The innovative use of supports enables the practitioner to experience the full benefits of the asanas, regardless of experience, age and state of health.
In general the class will start with a few moments of quiet to enhance introspection. This is followed by some preliminary postures to mobilise, open and activate the body whilst maintaining quietness in the brain. Standing postures are then often practised in which one learns the fundamentals of how to adjust and align the body correctly. The practice could then focus on special postures including forward bends, twists, back bends, inverted and recuperative postures.

Heated Pilates helps build self-belief in what you are capable of achieving and creates a positive mindset that you can take out and apply in your daily life.
Pilates works the core specifically and deliberately. Especially some of the deeper core muscles that are impossible to see, but crucial to health and mobility.
A strong core also helps reduces back pain.
When the body is heated, more blood vessels dilate, which promotes blood flow. Increased blood flow can aid in pain relief. Toxins can be flushed out of injured areas of the body allowing for better range of movement. It’s especially beneficial for lower back pain, muscle aches and pains.

The Hot Yoga class is based on 26 Hatha yoga postures performed in a heated room in a particular order to allow the body to feel energised by stretching and strengthening out the muscles. These will make you sweat. The sequence includes two breathing exercises performed at the beginning and end of class, which helps focus the mind. The poses enhance flexibility and stamina, whilst allowing toxins to be flushed from the system. This class is suitable for all levels; variations for postures are given in class to allow you to perform at your individual pace whilst still allowing you to challenge yourself. If you are new to Hot Yoga, this is a great beginners class.

Yin yoga is a slow pace, relaxing practise that stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.
