In this workshop you will learn about the 5 elements and how they correspond with yogic philosophy and practice.

We will explore the characteristics of each element and the importance of balance in both the natural world and within us. During a physical yoga practice you will be invited to tume in and become aware of the elements within your own body to create a great sense of harmony, balance connection with the natural world.
