Heated Pilates burns fat and strengthens muscles, all without the pounding of a high impact workout. This exciting and new 60 minute class is held at 26 degrees.
Heated Pilates helps build self-belief in what you are capable of achieving and creates a positive mindset that you can take out and apply in your daily life.
Pilates works the core specifically and deliberately. Especially some of the deeper core muscles that are impossible to see, but crucial to health and mobility.
A strong core also helps reduces back pain.
When the body is heated, more blood vessels dilate, which promotes blood flow. Increased blood flow can aid in pain relief. Toxins can be flushed out of injured areas of the body allowing for better range of movement. It’s especially beneficial for lower back pain, muscle aches and pains.
