This class will start with sun salutations and flow movements focsuing on the lower back and hips, moving from one posture to another. This part of the practice will allow the body to feel energised and strengthened.
The second part of the class we will focusing on yin poses, whereby each pose is held for between 2-4 mins using props (pillows). Using props and holding the poses for a longer time will allow the connective tissues around the muscles, tendons and ligaments to slowly release. This part of the practice will allow the body to feel relaxed.
Please have two pillows ready for class.
