Description
Creative yoga flow, linked to the breath, drawing on hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga, informed by knowledge of the body through Physiotherapy. Expect balanced strength and flexibility focused classes with strength focused variations particularly for those often weaker, neglected muscles, alongside yoga philosophy and mindfulness thoughts and readings. Each class starts with some grounding breath focus and builds through progressive sequencing to a peak pose, before winding down and finishing with relaxation in savasana.
All are welcome- variations are offered to suit all starting points and bodies. Reminders are given to be kind to yourself and listen to your body to move in a way that best serves you, whilst also encouraging safe challenge of your edges!
