Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest health systems and dates back thousands of years. Ayurveda translates to 'science of life' and it teaches us to understand nature and how we live in harmony with it.

As we step into spring the Kapha energy begins to stir. Kapha energy is a combination of the earth element and water element. When these are mixed together the make mud, so as spring arrives it can sometimes feel like we are wading through mud, with feelings of heaviness and lathargy. It is time to step out of hibernation and step into the light to allow new growth and abundance during the coming months.

During this 2 hour workshop you will:
●Discover your dosha - uncover your energetic makeup
●Learn how to create & maintain balance during this seasonal shift
●Understand how seasonal eating can help to balance your dosha
●Be guided through a spring balancing yoga sequence to awaken your mind and body, leaving you feeling energised and ready for the season ahead
