Grab your most comfortable shoes and join us for an unforgettable yoga and hiking day retreat, dedicated to improving your sense of self and wellbeing. Experience nature’s healing elements at a beauty spot off the stunning Cornish coastline.
Lansalos-Lantic Bay -Polruan/Fowey
The full route is 6 miles, but you can join us half way if you think that’s too much for you. Secluded coves, white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters lead you to the unspoilt village of Polruan and then back via the gentle lanes, ancient tracks and woodland of rural Cornwall.

During this retreat you will experience the joy of yoga practice combined with meditation, qigong and breathing exercises.
We will aim to walk 45 min in silence to we can come closer to our true self, clear our minds, invigorate the soul and rejuvenate the body.
During this trip we offer:
two 45 min yoga classes;
two 30 min meditation with Pranayama
30 min qingong
2 meals
