🔧Our Improvers class has been devised to follow on from our Beginners Toolbox course. It is suitable for those who have had some previous yoga experience and are familiar with basic yoga postures, or for those yogis who simply prefer a gentler class.

If you’re ready to get back into your practice, then this gently paced class is geared to help you gain strength, grow confidence, feel more flexible and increase your balance, whilst practicing in a relaxed and friendly group setting. Expect to leave feeling both energised and at ease in your mind and your body.

This will run as an 8 week block (please note there will be no class on Monday 30th November)

✨ Come to unwind, rejuvenate and enjoy a gentle approach to yoga. This class helps to relieve tension, increase flexibility and strength and allows you to experience deep relaxation. Gentle yoga is suitable for beginners, or those getting back into their practice, or those who like a softer, nurturing and more relaxing practice. Gentle Yoga finishes with a relaxation to bring a deeper sense of calm.

✨ Energy Flow is a stronger and faster paced Flow class designed to invigorate the body, mind and senses, with dynamic yet accessible sequences. Focus your body's energies to find strength, flexibility, balance, coordination while building stronger mental focus.
This is a playful and creative class, designed to leave you feeling energised and upbeat. Not recommended if you're new to yoga. Class runs for 8 weeks from 27th October until 15th December.

We will focus on inner quietness and learn how to calm the mind and body through holding restful, gentle yoga poses. We will finish with a Yoga Nidra also known as yogic sleep which allows you to enter a state of complete relaxation. A lovely class after a busy day, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Great for anyone who wants to learn to relax deeply. No previous yoga experience required. ✨
