I live with my three children amongst sandy shores, a slow pace of life and sweeping tides. I love quietude and calm waters; sunshine and the cleansing energy of rain. I synchronise my life and yoga with the seasons.

My favourite way to share is on retreat, where meaningful connections can be made in the container of a safe space, with the opportunity to leave distractions behind.
