Find a good spot for your mat and laptop, turn up the heat and go!

We do a selection from our normal Pilates class. Ofcourse you can make it a little tougher by adding 2 small weights. Fill up a small bottle with sand or something.

During class I am keeping your microphone on mute. So I cannot hear you. I also cannot see you. But I see you in my mind :-)). Push yourself!
