DESCRIPTION: This workshop is all about foundations for arm balances and inversions (positions where you get upside down) — from crow pose to handstand and everything in between. 

We’ll get in to technique, build strength and confidence, and explore transitions in a fun and playful way.

This workshop is open to all levels. Whether you're starting to get curious about these type of positions, want to go deeper in your arm balance practice, or if you're a yoga teacher wanting to play  and explore further - there will be something for everyone!
