DESCRIPTION: Christmas for me is about caring for one another, about sharing love and kindness. Not just to your family but to your fellow neighbor as well as strangers. 

In this class “Root to rise”  we will root down by learning how to give ourselves the support we need to feel safe and from that place expand. When we are at peace and in a good place with ourselves there is no limit of the joy and love we can give out to the world around us. 

Be prepared to laugh, sweat and expand your boundaries. With a more grounded body and mind we will ease into the weekend and holidays with joy in our hearts.
