This 2-hour workshop will be guided by Stephanie Sanders with live guitar and song from Cura De Oliveira!

We will combine different yoga forms for a head to toe reset. This includes gentle movement for joint health, fascia release, yin, and restorative.

Whether you're an athlete and could benefit from deep stretching, or simply want time to slow down and go inward, this workshop is meant for all.

We will close with a long savanasa and meditation.
