DESCRIPTION: In the Yoga-day workshop, you can have an immersive and comprehensive yoga experience in one day. 

In the morning, a complex of yoga practice will be guided, and in the afternoon, we will talk about yoga philosophy.

As we know, yoga is an ancient life science with many comprehensive subjects. We will discuss how we can apply the wisdom from yoga in daily life to lead us to live a more conscious life.

The tea, coffee, and snacks will be offered during the workshop.
