(NL) Bij het langzame gentle flow gaat de aandacht naar het rekken en versterken van de spieren en de ademhaling ademhaling in elke vloeiende beweging en houding met weinig impact. Elke oefening in mindful flow houdt in dat je op alle niveaus bewust bent: mentaal, emotioneel, fysiek en spiritueel.
