Meditation & mindfulness practices are a wonderful way that can develop awareness and mindfulness of our body, our senses, our minds and how we live our daily life.

Meditation practice is about pausing, simply observing yourself without judgment in all situations, watching how we respond. It is about tuning in to ourselves as opposed to "tuning out".

The benefits build quickly over time and a "little and often"is the key to reaping the rewards of a daily practice, even as little as 10 minutes a day. Just as we exercise the body to keep it strong and healthy, we also need to take care of the mind to keep it nourished!

Meditation practice has been around for over 2000 years and has been a time tested over the centuries to bring many to a place of stillness and silence that is within us all.

Meditation brings about ..

- Soothing the body & bathing the mind.
- Becoming kinder to ourselves.
- Becoming aware of our senses
- Arriving into "BEing" as less "DOing"
- Becoming more reflective and less re-active!

* How meditation is for everyone and explore one of the myths .. "I cannot clear my mind of thoughts" it's not for me!. Our minds are designed to think, so as long as we are alive, thoughts are coming! That's normal.
* Explore the amazing benefits of meditation.
* Learn how to manage stress and the power of the present moment through some simple techniques you can use daily.
* You will try different types of meditation practices so you will have a choice for your meditation toolbox for life!
* Learn how to cultivate a daily practice and most importantly how to support this on an ongoing basis.
*We will end every class with a deep relaxation.

This course is suitable for beginners and for those who wish to deepen or cultivate a more regular daily practice.

Classes are held live through the easy platform of Zoom. You will receive your login details before the class begins.

You will have access to the weekly recordings for 7 days! Great if you miss any live classes or if you wish to re-visit the class that suits your schedule.
