Releasing tension in hips and shoulders is often addressed in this class.

and Alignment, and many more rotating topics with a sequence built around the focus to leave you feeling refreshed and with increased range of motion.

This adaptive yoga class held through various locations through the hospital is with two chairs and a variety of props. This includes a series of gentle movements, breath awareness, relaxation and stress management to improve quality of life. Finding strength through anabolic nervous system. This class uses a
variety of props such as stability balls, blocks, foam rollers, and balance disks to break down key actions of the body needed for yoga practice and for activities of daily living. Building an internal strength targeting key muscles and retraining the body to use those muscles appropriately while finding stress relief in other chronically tight or overworking areas.

Come rest, renew, and regenerate with a series of restorative poses with the lapping sounds of the Columbia River lulling you into a deep state of relaxation. Once in the pose with the support of various props, each pose will be for a minimum of five minutes for not only the muscle and fascia to relax but the organs to settle as well as the mind.
