Maintaining and enhancing robust balance in daily life is crucial especially in our mature decades. There aren’t many modes of learning and maintain balance so I have assembled a very robust and series so we can move generously to enhance the pillars of robust balance:
Tactile awareness of our bodies as they meet the outside world (feet, knees)
Our internal visual cues for maintaining balance
Our proprioceptive experience of our body in space
Generous movement to integrate 1 through 3.
I look forward to working with you over two Monday sessions where we will practice and then do some homework to see how the is helping.
