DESCRIPTION: If you like movement, you will fall in love with Vinyasa Yoga. You move from one pose directly into the next alongside your breath.  
There's a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session. This 
practice is very fluid, combining poses in sequences that focus on linking breath to movement.

Great class for all abilities.
