Food Yoga has less to do with moving and everything to do with tasting, talking and sharing. An exploration of plant-based recipes for optimal health. 

We explore nutrient rich and delicious, easy recipes, and share tastings. 

You are invited! To come, and to bring a dish! If you would like to bring a dish to share, the focus is: 

NUTRIENT RICH / PLANT-BASED / SUGAR FREE / WHEAT FREE - with a strong focus on nuts, seeds, legumes, superfoods, fermentation and preparation! 

If food prep is not your thing then no pressure at all! Just come and get involved in the tasting!
