DESCRIPTION: This session will be a nourishing restorative yoga, with bolsters, blankets and soft cushions and time and space to go into deep rest. The session will be softer than a yin and held a little longer with guided visualisation throughout to feel into the subtleties and symmetry of the body and mind with each posture.  Expect gentle sparse cuing and space to explore.
