DESCRIPTION: A vinyasa flow designed to capture the essential elements of primal movement.

This session is a discovery session, with yoga as the key vehicle. Balance, strength in posture and finding new movement patterns.

The primal movement part of the session will be playful, expect some workshop moments and non-yogic movements. Less intense than usual Primal Flow sessions. 

We will transition to last 15 minutes Vinyasa at Sunset, facing west. 

Savasana starts as the sun dips below the horizon. 



You may sweat.
