DESCRIPTION: This session will be more dynamic and aimed at building more energy with stronger postures and more yang movement. 

Unity is a combination of East meets West. Shaped by teachings drawn from Integral, Traditional Vedic, and modern lineages. The mystical, philosophical, and the science-based. Expect mindful movement, an enquiry into organic, natural movement; moving inwards through focused awareness to then open outwards into a spectrum of authentic yogic postures with sensitivity and strength. The heart of this practice is about ‘being with oneself’, letting go and enjoying the process of unfolding rather than judging or forcing. Each class will be shaped by a different theme in response to either the time of day, element, season, lunar cycle, or energy, and your guide's curiosity.
