SUMMARY:Visualisation - Techniques to Explore the Way We Think & See

DESCRIPTION: We will work with 3 areas of visualisation:

1. Inside the body 
2. Projecting a vision (where we create a scene as if gazing through the forehead, and 3. 
Holographic visioning (where we create an entire experience around us, such as walking on a beach or swimming in star dust or communing with spirit). 

We may finish the session with a guided visualisation and savasana, much like a Yoga Nidra and explore the concepts of where and how we can use visualisation. 

We will explore ancient yogic techniques, the Silva method and also work by Dr Joe Dispenza, and the work of a well known occult teacher from the early 10th Century.
