A restorative pause to allow yourself you go into deep rest in each posture.  Poses will be fully supported by bolsters, cushions, blankets and props, and held for long period of rest to let the body open into each posture. 

We'll have an extended guided savasana where you'll be invited to go into deeper states of relaxation, set to music.
