DESCRIPTION: This evening we offer to gather together to Flame Gaze. 

This session is dedicated to PEACE empowerment and to EACH OTHER, and to TRUTH. 

The Prayer - to Peace
Seek - the Truth - "to see with eyes unclouded" Ashitaka
The Flame - to Connect and Share
The Courage - to Speak and share your truth

The session is open, inclusive and fluid by design. 

The wish is to empower and uplift and connect, through a series of practices. Flame Gazing, deep visualisation and breath and a short discussion on the history of propaganda through the story of Edward Berneys - Freud's nephew. 

Flame Gazing is a powerful practice to enter into waking trance, where you are able to be fully present and navigate the spaces of the inner world. The fire is pure energy - plasma. And the practice helps us connect with THE OTHER, calming the mind to be able to focus clearly on love and compassion. This practice will be led. 

The evening will begin and end with a prayer for peace. 

The session may include movement so wear comfy clothes.
