DESCRIPTION: This is an invitation to explore ways towards freeing the body, spirit and emotion through the medium of sound. 

The session is an open invitation and we will be exploring ways of opening and connecting, not just through voice but through instrumentation and ideas around music. 

We may explore sound through the lens of Cyril Scott, composer, virtuoso musician, poet, painter, writer, master occultist and yogi - 1879 - 1970. Particularly his work - Music and its Secret Influences Throughout the Ages. 

We will also explore the Mantras, rhythm and self-sounding principles that we will be sharing at the Full Moon Gathering tomorrow night; WE MAKE THUNDER.
