DESCRIPTION: Covering for Ebba's session will be Basia trying out a new sequence of Sacred Technologies to reset and align you into your wholeness. 

This will be an experiment of what is being designed as a new, and more regular offering, so your feedback will be welcome. 20 minutes of moving the body, 20 minutes of consciously connecting to your breath intensely, 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra (a deeply restorative yogic sleep) accompanied by some tinkering with archaic instruments. 

Come along and let's experiment with the sequence that is intended for a complete mini-holistic recalibration, welcoming the spirit of joy to take up more space.
