DESCRIPTION: Hello! My name is Rhianna and alongside my fulltime job in the entertainment industry, I have taught yoga and meditation at an addiction treatment rehab in London for the last two years. I’ve recently completed training in Thai Yoga Massage - an ancient healing modality used to balance body and mind and to release tension.

It is a fully clothed, top to toe massage which takes place on a padded mat on the floor for 90 minutes. I use lots of pressing and stretching movements, music and aromatherapy to allow you to completely switch off and relax. I have found it such an enjoyable and peaceful way to passively experiece yoga.

I really love sharing this relatively unknown practice with more people and am offering treatments for free during the month of April.
