The Flower Moon invites you to rediscover the joy and beauty in the present moment. Consider how you can extend more grace to yourself. The Flower Moon encourages you to be gentle with yourself on your journey AND TO WELCOME ANY SENSE OF OPENING. 

Join us for this spontaneous happening, The Full Moon Ritual to mark the Flower Moon, with somatic experiencing, pranayama, psychedelic breathwork and blessings. 

With Basia, Lucy, Kiran and Tarin, you will be guided through a breath focused practice, to experience layers of the self, like the petals of a rose. 

The evening will be guided in preparation, in body, mind and breath, for a psychedelic breathwork journey, helping us to ground, find peace, and beauty, as well as opening and expansion. 

The evening will close with chai and chats, and open space for integrating and sharing your experiences.
