We are inviting you to join us this Thursday for a special attunement through the Pranayama known as Bhramari Breath, which on this evening will be carefully tuned to the tone of the BEE. 

The details of this mystical practice we will not say much about here, but should bee left as a virgin experience. There will be movement and other practices to help loosen, release and prepare the body.
