DESCRIPTION: A restorative and yin based session, with some gentle movement for somatic release before going into deep rest postures and a guided savasana.

We will spend the first period of the session in movement for lymphatic drainage and somatic release to help let go of tensions before dropping into long held deep postures for deep release, spending long enough in each posture to let the muscles let go naturally, and the session will close with a full length guided savasana, using rotation of consciousness to help you into the explorative trance states.
