At the peak of illumination, the Full Moon invites release and celebration. This expansive practice is designed to harness heightened energy, promoting openness and letting go. 

You'll begin with a warm-up for the upper body, preparing for the Shiva Shakti sequence that works with the balance between flow and tension - the contraction of the muscles create strength and stability, combined with an effortless movement of the arms to direct energy through the chakras from above and below into the heart for the Full moon -  Shiva Shakti balancing class
