Nature’s Rhythm - infin8flow - A class that opens, unburdens and dissolves you into sacred stillness. 

The waning moon is all about release, letting go, clearing space for what truly matters. 
Subtle. Reclaiming truth and returning to yourself.

This class focuses on learning to harness our energy through a sequence called Infin8flow (derived from the Egyptian salutes) This ancient practice helps us to access all the elements and chakras and it unlocks areas of our brain that are not yet fully activated.

This class has a meditative approach, it is slow paced and poses are held for a longer length of time to enable you to direct energy around your body with your intention and a deeper awareness.

Every session is a different experience.
