While this offering is in its experimental stages, we believe in the potential of these practices to foster deep self-awareness and inner integration. Psychosynthesis is a holistic psychological approach that aims to integrate various aspects of the self, including emotions, thoughts, and higher spiritual potential, to create a more unified and authentic sense of self.

Psychedelic Breathwork is a hyperventilating modality influenced by what may be more widely known as Conscious-Connected breathwork and informed by learnings from Grof (or Holotropic) Breathwork. This will be about 30-40 minutes of intensive breathwork. 

***Important Contraindications***
For safety reasons, this workshop is not recommended for individuals with any of the following conditions:

• Severe mental health conditions, such as untreated PTSD, schizophrenia, or psychosis
• Cardiovascular problems (e.g., high blood pressure, recent heart conditions, or aneurysms)
• Epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Glacauma 
• Recent major surgeries or physical injuries
• Pregnancy or up to 16 weeks postpartum
• Those under the influence of drugs or alcohol
