DESCRIPTION: Join Fatuma for a wildly explorative Archetypal Dance Journey! 

We will journey together through an ecstatic dance inspired by 5 major archetypes that represent key aspects of our lives and connect to these characters in a playful, curious, and creative way.  

We will invite a pause at the each of archetype for reflection and observe what shifts energetically.  We will conclude with a nourishing and restful sound bath to integrate our practice.

The session will evolve in its own way and we may be joined by other sound therapists, musicians and collaborators.
