DESCRIPTION: High Vibez is the dynamic duo of Chris and Cathy, body, mind & spirit practitioners who utilise sonic tools to activate the mind’s potential, enhancing creativity, encouraging deeper states of relaxation, and supporting quicker rejuvenation.

Each session is tailored around practices that enable participants to actively set intentions towards whatever desires and life goals they wish to activate.

These sessions can help quiet the busy mind, invite states of calm reflection, and create space for observation, allowing for deeper intuitive perception and the activation of our innate powers of divination and manifestation.
