As we invoke and warm the energy towards the Wolf Moon tomorrow (Monday), we focus on the expression of the Wolf Pack - Love + Freedom.

Join our fun-filled collaborative happening tonight as we progress into this year’s first full moon.

Brigitta will guide us through breathwork to help boost the inner fire, and initiate in the practice of tapping with affirmations, relating to our chakras and our intentions.

LYNDON will guide us into freedom of expression movement. 

We will finish with a restorative sound bath led by IHRIDEYA (@titiab)
