SUMMARY:Deep Breathwork Experiential - A Psychedelic Journey
DTSTART;TZID=Europe/London:20250223T103000
DTEND;TZID=Europe/London:20250223T134500
LOCATION:Heathcote & Star, 344 Grove Green Road
DESCRIPTION: Next weekend, we will be hosting a Double Grof Breathwork Intensive. Each participant will take on both roles: breathing for three hours while supported by a partner, then holding space as a sitter for another three hours. This will be repeated the following day, allowing for a deep and immersive experience.

To help prepare—or simply to explore the practice in a structured setting—we are offering a one-hour preparatory breathwork session. This is an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the space, meet others attending, and get a sense of the work before the full immersion.

Breathwork of this nature can be powerful. Even ten minutes of deep breathing can bring emotions to the surface—joy, catharsis, unprocessed grief, or even a sense of feeling fully present for the first time. An hour can be an expansive and transformative journey, whether you are preparing for the intensive or simply curious about the process.

Session details:
Arrivals for 10:30 for a prompt 10:45 start
Opening - meditation & check-in
Short induction - do's and cautions
One-hour guided breathwork session - with a short movement to start
Yoga Nidra
Sharing Circle - divided into small pods
Close - soft breathwork + moments in stillness

Complimentary for those enrolled in the full course.
The fee will be deducted from the immersive weekend for those who decide to book

Although this is not a Grof or Holotropic Breathwork session, this will be familiar to Conscious Connected Breathing, a practice that can bring deep emotional release and altered states of awareness. It is still an advanced practice and carries the same contraindications.

Please read carefully before booking, as we will not be conducting individual screenings. By registering, you take full responsibility for your well-being.
