Cassandre's Soul Flow is a playful and creative vinyasa practice that invites you to move with authenticity, freedom, and ease. 
In Sanskrit, Vinyasa means "To Place in a Special Way", so we build gradually, layering movement, breath, and intention all towards a cheeky little challenge or peak pose. 
Every class is set to a thoughtfully curated playlist to keep you inspired and in rhythm. 
Rooted in one or more elemental themes, Soul Flow encourages intuitive movement and purposeful connection, so you leave feeling energised, embodied, and a little more you.
