Join Olya and Basia for embodied blindfolded story telling where you become the active listening participant in your story, activating your imagination as your alternate senses become more sensitive with Olya. 

And then slip into deep trance with a reclined yoga Nidra with Basia. 

This evenings SPONTANEOUS HAPPENING is to mark the Autumn Equinox and Solar Eclipse, working with themes of darkness, slumber, hibernation, inward awareness and seasonal change.
