DESCRIPTION: A transformative yoga, moving and breathing in tune with the natural rhythms of the four lunar cycles and the seasons. Asana, flows, Chakra work, breathwork and meditations adapted to suit the phase of the moon. Suitable for all abilities. Chair yoga modifications available. Unfortunately the venue is not accessible for wheelchairs.

October 19th - a Waxing Moon session, focusing on the burgeoning energies that nourish your bodies and spirits.
